I'm Mohamed Uwais — a Toronto-based client relations professional working toward the CFA designation, with hands-on experience across customer service, research, and real estate finance.
I currently work as a Client Relationship Associate & Research Analyst at Dreamhouse Real Estate, where I combine direct client-facing work with research support. Before that, I spent over a year as a Customer Service Representative with the City of Toronto, building a foundation in resolving problems clearly and reliably for the public.
Alongside my BBA from Annamalai University, I hold a Diploma in Computer Programming – Software Development from Seneca Polytechnic — which is part of why this site exists as code I built myself rather than a template. I'm now working toward the CFA designation as I move deeper into investment research and financial services.
