Analytical by training. Client-first by instinct.
A Toronto-based client relations and research professional moving into investment research — CIRE and ECBA certified, and a CFA aspirant.
Grounded in client service, moving into investment management and financial services.
I'm a Client Relationship Associate and Research Analyst at Dreamhouse Real Estate, where I sit between the client-facing and research sides of the business — handling day-to-day client contact while maintaining the data behind close to 1,400 development projects across Ontario.
Before that I spent 2025 as a Customer Service Representative with the City of Toronto, where I worked across several departments and learned to resolve problems clearly for people who needed an answer, not a process. I hold a BBA from Annamalai University and a Diploma in Software Development from Seneca Polytechnic — which is why this site is code I wrote rather than a template — along with the CIRE and ECBA certifications. I'm a CFA aspirant, preparing to begin the program as I move toward investment research, and the tools on this site are part of how I'm getting there.

Excel + VBA
An interactive Excel dashboard analysing 1,000 coffee orders, paired with a VBA macro that audits the dataset against four business rules in about a second. It surfaced that 20% of customer records were missing an email address — a fifth of the customer base unreachable by email.
